I love working here because of the diversity of the work that I do. Over the years, I have had the privilege of taking a number of companies public and have also served as a director and senior officer for many of them. On the private company side, I specialize in strategies which integrate our clients’ business and personal goals, and serve as a high-level consultant who deals with our clients’ financial and operational issues. I also specialize in cross-border structures and planning.
After spending nearly a decade as an entrepreneur, Paul joined the firm in 1999 and currently serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Paul placed third in Canada on the Uniform Final Examinations and currently holds Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada) and Certified Public Accountant (United States) designations.
